Commission Rate:
The commission will be on tuition and determined by volume of tuition per student and number of students per year. Additional school fees are separate from the commission rate paid by our school. At certain times we offer special promotional packages with variable commission rates. Contact us for details.

Application Procedure:

1. Help select the right program
   Read through the information and make sure you and the student choose the program that’s most suitable. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the school.
2. Register early
   Complete the registration form and either fax it or mail it. If you do not have a form, contact the school.
3. Receive a "letter of offer"
   A letter of offer will be sent to you with a complete application package for the program specified in the registration form. Full payment is due together with all of the forms in this package completed in full. The fees due include the registration fee, all applicable tuitions, medical insurance fees, incidental fees, and homestay fees (If applicable)
4. Receive a "letter of acceptance"
   When the school receives the payment (done by bank transfer, certified cheque, credit card, etc.), we will forward an acceptance letter to you (for the student).
5. Does the student need a visa?
   International students require a Student Visa for programs longer than 6 months. Upon receipt of the acceptance letter, the student can begin the process of acquiring the student visa. Student Visa applications require the letter of acceptance and the receipt of payment from the school. As requirements vary across different countries, please contact your local Canadian Embassy/Consulate for further details.
6. The Student is all set!
   Once the student has receive visa, and the confirmation has been faxed to us, we will transfer the commission to your account. If the student visa is refused, we will expect the student to be reimbursed the full amount paid to us, and in such a case there would be no commission. Once the program has started the agent is not responsible for any refund. Before classes start agents may be required to refund some commission.
7. Confirm the flight
   Students who need homestay and airport pick-up should inform the school as soon as the date and flight of arrival are confirmed. Full payment of funds must be received before Homestay is arranged, airport pickup is organized and at least ten days in advance of the student's course starting date.
8. Next stop: Vancouver & ALMA!
   Students are recommended to arrive earlier than the start date they have chosen. They will go through an orientation, receive an English level assessment and begin classes as scheduled.
