Refund Policy
A. Student Permit Related Withdrawals.
ALMA English Institute will retain 25% of the total fees due under the contract to a maximum of $200 if the international students are either denied permit from Citizenship and Immigration, or do not receive permit prior to the start of the program study, provided that the student notifies ALMA English Institute of the circumstances on or before the first day of a program of study is scheduled to begin, and the student, within a reasonable time, provides documentation of the circumstances to ALMA English Institute.
B. Non-student Permit Related Withdrawals.

*The amount of tuition retained by ALMA English Institute will not exceed $400.

A Copy of Student Visa
Original Letter of Acceptance and receipts issued by ALMA English Institute
A copy of Letter of Acceptance and receipt from other registered or public institutions
